All rooms are en- suite (re furbished May 2008) and prices include our award winning breakfast (in bed if you like!)
2 night minimum stay at weekends, 3 night minimum stay on bank holidays & pride weekend.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, if you do wish to cancel or amend your booking please advise us at least 48 hours prior to check in date to avoid any charges.
Check in is 2pm but if you wish to drop any baggage before please call us to arrange.
Similarly, check out is at 11am but we will be more than happy to store baggage for collection later in the day if required.
Latest check in time 7pm unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Sorry but we do not accept stag, hen or group bookings.
We are totally non-smoking throughout, even on balconies, in shower rooms and hanging out of windows.
ANY evidence of smoking will result in a demand to immediately vacate the property and relevant charges will be made for cleaning of the room.
